The new economics of being an independent musician are quite wild. Since the pandemic and an emergency spinal surgery, I've had to attempt a quick reorganization of my entire approach to working as an artist. While sporadic merch purchases are great, without live touring they grow fewer and further between, making it harder for us to fund the creation of new music.
